Welcome to Locashop. By accessing or using our platform (website, mobile apps, or any related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

1. About Locashop

Locashop is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects customers with local sellers and delivery partners. We act as an intermediary platform and do not directly sell products. All product listings, quality, and availability are managed by individual registered sellers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Locashop is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account. Notify us immediately at support@locashop.in if you suspect any breach.

4. Ordering & Payments

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is collected at the time of order placement. Locashop supports multiple payment gateways; charges may vary by gateway.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation.
• Locashop reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, misrepresentation, or policy violation.

5. Product Listings & Accuracy

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability. Locashop does not warrant that listings are error-free. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please raise a dispute within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or seller preparation time. Locashop and its delivery partners will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated times but cannot guarantee exact delivery windows.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before a seller accepts them. Once accepted, cancellation is subject to seller approval. Refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details on eligible refunds.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform to: post false reviews; scrape or harvest data; engage in any unlawful activity; attempt to disrupt the platform's operation; or infringe on the intellectual property rights of Locashop or any third party.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Locashop platform, including logos, UI design, and proprietary software, is the property of Locashop and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Locashop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City], India.
